What do you do with my feedback?

We read every message. Feature requests and new tool ideas go into the list we plan from, and bugs or wrong results are checked and fixed first. Ratings show us which tools work well and which need care.

Will I get an answer?

Only if you ask for one: tick "you may email me" and leave your address. Without it we don't store any email, so we can't write back.

How do I report a wrong result?

Choose "Bug or wrong result", pick the tool, and tell us what you checked (the domain, IP address or record) and what you expected. That lets us repeat the check and find the cause.
