A2 Hosting Black Friday 2026: Hosting.com Deal & Prices
Key takeaway
As of 26 October 2026, Hosting.com (formerly A2 Hosting) has not announced a Black Friday 2026 sale. Its plan pages show the normal first-term discounts: shared hosting from $1.99/mo on a 4-year term (renews at $13.99/mo) and managed WordPress from $3.49/mo on a 3-year term (renews at $9.99/mo). Last year's sale ran from early November to Cyber Monday and added 6 free months to annual managed WordPress plans, while shared prices didn't change. No coupon code is needed: discounts apply automatically and cover the first term only.

Is There a Hosting.com Black Friday Deal in 2026?
Not yet: Hosting.com hasn't announced a Black Friday 2026 deal. On 26 October 2026, hosting.com (the company called A2 Hosting until April 2025) had no Black Friday page, no sale banner and no sale prices. Its plan pages show the usual first-term discounts: shared hosting from $1.99/mo on a 4-year term, renewing at $13.99/mo. Last year's sale ran from early November to Cyber Monday and added 6 free months to annual managed WordPress plans. We'll update this page when the 2026 offer appears.
- hosting.com/black-friday/ returns a 404 error, and none of the 1,811 URLs in hosting.com's 12 country sitemaps is a Black Friday sale page
- No banner or countdown on the homepage or on the shared, WordPress and VPS plan pages
- Hosting.com's Black Friday content is advice, such as a 19 October 2026 blog post on getting online stores ready for holiday traffic, not an offer
- Old A2 Hosting links such as www.a2hosting.com/black-friday/ redirect to the hosting.com homepage
- Every price here is what hosting.com's public plan pages show (USD, before tax); nothing comes from internal sources
Hosting.com Prices Today: The Prices to Beat
These are the lowest prices hosting.com charges right now, with its automatic first-term discount applied and no code. A Black Friday offer has to beat them to be a real saving. Checked on 26 October 2026; every term is in our Hosting.com pricing guide.
| Plan | Lowest first-term price | Paid upfront | Renews at |
|---|---|---|---|
| Shared Starter, 5 sites | $1.99/mo (4-year term) | $95.49 | $13.99/mo |
| WP Small, managed WordPress, 1 site | $3.49/mo (3-year term) | $125.62 | $9.99/mo |
| Self-managed VPS 4GB | $6.49/mo (3-year term) | $233.65 | $19/mo |
| Managed cPanel VPS 4GB | $23.20/mo (1-year term) | $278.40 | $58/mo, billed yearly |
Shared Hosting (Starter, Pro, Max)
Shared plans include a free .com, .org or .net domain for the first year, a free SSL certificate, free managed migration and daily backups. Monthly billing gets no discount; the promotional price needs a 1- to 4-year term paid upfront.
| Plan | 1 year | 4 years | Renews at |
|---|---|---|---|
| Starter (5 sites, 15GB) | $2.99/mo ($35.88) | $1.99/mo ($95.49) | $13.99/mo |
| Pro (10 sites, 50GB) | $4.99/mo ($59.87) | $3.79/mo ($181.93) | $19.99/mo |
| Max (50 sites, 100GB) | $9.49/mo ($113.86) | $7.79/mo ($373.90) | $27.99/mo |
Managed WordPress (WP Small to WP Turbo)
Hosting.com's managed WordPress is built with Rocket.net and runs behind a Cloudflare Enterprise CDN; WP Medium and up add Object Cache Pro. The longest term is 3 years.
| Plan | Sites / monthly visitors | 1 year | 3 years | Renews at |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| WP Small | 1 / 30,000 | $4.49/mo | $3.49/mo | $9.99/mo |
| WP Medium | 5 / 120,000 | $4.99/mo | $3.99/mo | $17.99/mo |
| WP Advanced | 15 / 250,000 | $10.99/mo | $9.49/mo | $25.99/mo |
| WP Turbo | 50 / 500,000 | $14.99/mo | $13.49/mo | $34.99/mo |
On a 1-year term WP Medium costs only $0.50/mo more than WP Small and hosts five sites instead of one. Managed WordPress is also the product last year's Black Friday sale was about (below). See the WordPress plans.
VPS Hosting
- Self-managed Linux VPS (root access, you run the server): 4GB from $6.49/mo on 3 years ($233.65) or $8.99/mo on 1 year, renewing at $19/mo; 8GB from $9.99/mo, renewing at $29/mo. Self-managed VPS plans
- Managed cPanel VPS (hosting.com manages it, cPanel included): 4GB at $23.20/mo for the first year ($278.40, normally $696) and 8GB at $36/mo (normally $90/mo). Managed VPS plans
- VPS plans are not covered by hosting.com's 30-day money-back guarantee
What Was Hosting.com's Black Friday 2025 Deal?
Last year's sale was a managed WordPress offer. Captures of hosting.com in the Internet Archive's Wayback Machine show the WordPress page headline "Get your WordPress site ready for Black Friday. Unlock 6 months free on annual managed plans", with managed WordPress "for just $1 for the first month" and a countdown timer. The plan section summed it up: "Try WordPress hosting for $1 or go annual and get 6 months free on your 12-month plan."
Comparing captures from before, during and after the sale shows what was actually extra:
| On hosting.com | 2 Nov 2025 (before) | Nov 2025 (sale) | 2–3 Dec 2025 (after) |
|---|---|---|---|
| Managed WordPress offer | "Starting from US$1.00/mo" | $1 first month, or 6 months free on a 12-month plan | "Try WordPress hosting for just $1" |
| Homepage top banner | "Try hosting.com's Managed WordPress Hosting for $1" | "It's Black Friday! Try hosting.com's Managed WordPress Hosting for just $1" (by 5 Nov) | None |
| Shared hosting, homepage | Starting at $1.99 | Starting at $1.99 | Starting at $1.99 |
| VPS, homepage | Starting at $9.99 | Starting at $9.99 | Starting at $9.99 |
So the Black Friday 2025 extra was 6 free months on annual managed WordPress plans, in hosting.com's words. The $1 trial price was advertised before and after the sale too, and the advertised shared and VPS starting prices didn't move. The managed plans were then called Lite, Starter, Pro and Business; today's line-up is WP Small to WP Turbo, so last year's plan prices don't carry over.
Timing: the offer first appears in the homepage capture of 3 November 2025 ("This Black Friday, be seen, get ready, stay ahead"); captures from 2 November don't have it. The "It's Black Friday!" banner was up by 5 November and still there at 00:23 UTC on 2 December 2025, the evening of Cyber Monday in the US. A capture from 22:32 UTC that day no longer shows it.
A2 Hosting's Black Friday 2024 Deal: Up to 86% Off
The year before, the sale still ran under the A2 Hosting name. The a2hosting.com homepage captured on 30 November 2024, the day after Black Friday, headlined "Save Up to 86% Now. Save for Black Friday", under a banner promising "Free Speed Boost, Free Migration, & LOWEST Prices of the Year!" Its starting prices:
| A2 Hosting product (2024) | Black Friday price | Discount shown | Term required |
|---|---|---|---|
| Shared hosting | $1.75/mo | 86% | 36 months |
| WordPress hosting | $9.95/mo | 61% | 36 months |
| VPS hosting | $26.95/mo | 64% | 12 months |
| Dedicated hosting | $79.99/mo | 46% | 24 months |
The fine print matched today's: "The promotional price is for the first term only and renews at the regular rate." Those A2 plans no longer exist. A2 Hosting was renamed Hosting.com in April 2025 and its product range was rebuilt, as our guide to what changed when A2 Hosting became Hosting.com explains. For scale: the 2024 shared deal at $1.75/mo was 24 cents a month below today's $1.99/mo Starter price, on a 3-year term instead of 4.
When Does the Hosting.com Black Friday 2026 Sale Start?
Hosting.com hasn't announced any dates. Black Friday 2026 is Friday 27 November and Cyber Monday is Monday 30 November. If hosting.com repeats 2025's timing, the offer would appear in early November and run until Cyber Monday, but that is last year's pattern, not a promise. To tell whether the sale has started:
- The homepage banner: in 2025 a bar across the top of hosting.com read "It's Black Friday!" from early November until Cyber Monday
- A countdown on the WordPress hosting page, as in 2025
- The cart price: pick a plan and term and compare the first-term price with the tables above. Lower means a sale is on; the same price means it isn't
Should You Wait for Black Friday?
It depends on what you're buying. Going by last year's sale:
- Shared hosting: there's little to wait for. In 2025 the advertised shared price stayed at "Starting at $1.99" before, during and after Black Friday, and today's 4-year Starter costs the same $1.99/mo
- Managed WordPress on a yearly plan: worth checking in November. Last year's only Black Friday extra was 6 free months on annual managed WordPress plans
- VPS servers: the homepage VPS price didn't change during the 2025 sale, and VPS plans can't be refunded under the money-back guarantee, so buy when you need the server
- You need hosting now: buy at today's price; for shared hosting it matches what was advertised during last year's sale

How to Get the Hosting.com Black Friday Deal
The steps are the same whether a sale is live or not, because hosting.com applies its discounts in the cart:
- Open the plan pageUse the shared, WordPress or VPS link. An old a2hosting.com Black Friday link just lands on the hosting.com homepage.
- Pick a plan and a billing termThe discount depends on the term: on shared hosting it is biggest on 4 years, and monthly billing has none.
- Check the price in the cartThe plan card already shows both prices (for Starter: "Pay $95.49 today, then $13.99/mo on renewal"), and the cart should match. No code is needed.
- Add your domainShared plans include a free .com, .org or .net domain for the first year. Check your name is available with the domain checker below.
- Pay and set upShared, WordPress, email and reseller plans can be refunded within 30 days. Domains, VPS plans, dedicated servers and SSL certificates can't.

Renewal Prices: What Black Friday Doesn't Discount
Every hosting.com discount, Black Friday or not, covers the first billing term only; the 2024 A2 Hosting sale said the same. After the first term, plans renew at the regular price:
- Shared Starter: $95.49 for the first 4 years, then $167.88 a year ($13.99/mo). The fifth year alone costs more than the first four together
- WP Small: $125.62 for the first 3 years, then $119.88 a year ($9.99/mo)
- Self-managed VPS 4GB: $233.65 for 3 years, then $228 a year ($19/mo)
- Managed cPanel VPS 4GB: $278.40 for the first year, then $696 a year ($58/mo)
Hosting.com Black Friday Coupon Codes
You don't need one. Hosting.com's public discounts apply automatically at checkout, and both archived sales showed the Black Friday offer on the page itself, with no code to enter. Our Hosting.com coupon guide lists every discount running today.
What Is blackfriday.a2hosting.com?
blackfriday.a2hosting.com still loads (checked 26 October 2026) under the A2 Hosting name, but it isn't a hosting sale. Titled "The WordPress Black Friday Collection" and made with Guildenberg, it lists offers from WordPress plugin makers such as Ninja Forms, NitroPack and Beaver Builder, with no hosting plans or prices.
After You Buy: Point Your Domain and Check It
Once your plan is active, point your domain at Hosting.com's nameservers, ns1–ns4.stableserver.net, or add the DNS records your Hosting Panel lists. Our Hosting.com provider page explains those nameservers and how to tell whether a domain uses them, and the hosting checker confirms which host any site is on once the DNS change has spread.
